South Park

Still encompassed within the town of Jackson Hole, the South Park area is locked just south of town off HWY 198. This area is comprised of Melody Ranch, 3 Creek Ranch, Flat Creek Fishing Club, Polo Ranches, and Shootin’ Iron Ranches. This is a great place to live as the lots are large, there are wide-open protected spaces, and it is near the community bike path. 

 

Lots range from .5 acres up to 40 acres and often appeal to equestrian interests. However, the use of your “pasture” as a beautiful lawn is equally prevalent. Homes in this diverse neighborhood range from 1,000 sq. ft. cabins to homes up to 8,000 sq. ft. 

 

This location also gives great access to all the amenities of Jackson Hole, as it is under 10 minutes to the town square and approximately 25 minutes to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.
